1. Down the file from link

2. Open the file on your Mac or iPhone

3. Choose Add to Calendar or Import

4. Select the calendar where you want the events saved. (I recommend creating a new calendar called "TME" so you can toggle the calendar on and off as you see fit). 

5. Click Add

6. Go into your calendar app to ensure your events have loaded, and that's it!
